Legs Up the Wall is an extremely powerful restorative pose. It literally sends a signal to your brain to release, relax and surrender. Start by holding for 3 minutes. Gradually increase to 5 minutes a day. Afternoons after work but before you start your evening is an ideal time for this posture. Your nervous system will thank you for it.
Option to add positive affirmations while laying in legs up the wall. Either turn on some of your favorite meditation affirmations through YouTube or simply state your own positive affirmations.
